CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ad Clean and Shine, we value your time and ours. This policy ensures fair scheduling and service availability for all clients.

  1. Appointment Scheduling
    When you book a service, the selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you and our team

  2. Cancellation Policy
    Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be refunded
    If the service has already started or our team has arrived at the location, the full service amount will be charged and is non refundable

  3. No Show Policy
    If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to access the property, the appointment will be considered a no show and the full service fee will be charged

  4. Rescheduling Policy
    Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice
    Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as cancellations and will not be eligible for a refund

  5. Refund Policy
    No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed or is in progress
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment
    Refunds may only be considered if the service was not delivered as agreed and a complaint is submitted within 24 hours of service completion

  6. Satisfaction Policy
    If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours
    We may offer a re cleaning service at our discretion instead of a refund

  7. Right to Refuse Service
    Ad Clean and Shine reserves the right to refuse or cancel a service due to unsafe conditions, lack of access to the property, or incorrect or incomplete booking information
